I had a fantastic time at the spa resort. the pools were perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, and the spa services were top-notch. the staff at the restaurant were incredibly helpful and the food was excellent. Special mention goes to the maître d' for his exceptional service. Matteo at the reception went above and beyond to assist us and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. the rooms were spacious and well-designed, especially the family suite. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I found the staff much friendlier this time around. the bar area provided a great atmosphere to unwind with a drink and some snacks. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. Cons: Not obvious to find. 🧭.

the lack of amenities in the room was frustrating. No kettle for a late-night cup of tea and no slippers or bathrobe provided.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, and the delicious breakfast served every morning. The location was perfect for skiing and we also loved the stunning views from the hotel. we had a relaxing time at the spa and were impressed by the professional staff.
The wifi connection in the hotel was very poor, which made it difficult to stay connected. The spa fees were quite high, especially considering that for a family of five it would have cost €400 to use the pool daily.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the slopes and ski lifts. It saved a lot of time and effort to have everything so close by. the staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and welcoming, making our dining experiences enjoyable. The food, although inconsistent at times, was generally good and we appreciated the complimentary snacks before dinner.
The reception staff left much to be desired. They seemed uninterested and avoided making eye contact, giving off the impression that they were not very attentive or helpful.
